Payment Policy

Effective from October 20, 2024

1. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payment options will be available during the booking process.

2. Booking Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total balance.

3. Payment Schedule

  • Initial deposit: Due at the time of booking.
  • Final payment: The remaining balance is due 5 days before the wedding day or on the same day at the end of the wedding.

4. Late Payments

Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of 20% for each week the payment is overdue.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 30 days in advance for a partial refund of your deposit.

Cancellations made less than 6 days before the wedding will result in the deposit being forfeited.

6. Additional Costs

Any additional costs incurred during the shoot (e.g., travel fees, permits, extra prints) will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the session and added to the final invoice.

7. Receipts

All payments will be acknowledged with a receipt, which can be used for personal records or tax purposes.

8. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to update our payment policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email and the effective date will be updated on this page.
